Its been great to see MTC member Viki Speed (pictured left) attending some of Fluid's squad swim sessions casually over the past few weeks and in the lead up to ITU Worlds on the Gold Coast.
Any MTC member interested in some casual training with Fluid can follow Viki's lead and get in touch with Coach Sean Foster anytime to make an arrangement.
Fluid will always look after MTC members not after a program but specific casual sessions.

WEEKEND CLUB TRAINING
SATURDAY 18TH AUGUST
Meet at Port Melbourne SLSC at 6:15am for 6:30am start time
LONG FLAT RIDE – 65-145kms at 60-75%max with 10-25min easy run off the bike.

SUNDAY 19TH AUGUST
Meeting at Studley Park Boathouse Car Park at 7:45am for 8:00am RUN start time
PRE RUN RIDE – 30-60mins easy spin (check programs to see if applicable)
LONG FLAT/HILL RUN – 1:00-2:15hrs at 65-85%max
