MTC recognises that our members have different goals and training requirements.

MTC's preferred coaching partner is Fluid Movements.

Although some of our members choose to engage in their own training (with external coaches or by themselves), most of our members choose to train with our preferred coaching partner, Fluid Movements.

Fluid Movements is run by Head Performance Coach Sean Foster.  Sean and his coaching team have been successful athletes in their own right and provide a wide variety of coaching programs for all levels of athlete.  

Fluid Movements coaches all levels - from "triathlon newbies" right through to Age Group World Champions.

Their programs can be geared towards any distance triathlon that our members are aiming for - from sprint distance to Ironman.

If a more flexible, casual training option is what you are after Fluid Movements also offers some casual training options.
